Following deployment and throughout the product lifecycle, development and maintenance services are provided for the systems. At Fanavaran, deployment services are provided in two forms. The first involves the deployment and implementation of Fanavaran’s core insurance system (Bonyan) in companies that have recently joined the company’s customer club. The second form includes the deployment of subsystems, versions, new products, and solutions in Fanavaran’s partner insurance companies.
The deployment process encompasses project design, needs assessment, user guidance, error resolution, testing, and the deployment of new versions and products. These steps are carried out systematically until the full deployment of the systems is achieved.

Development and Maintenance
Development and maintenance are critical components of the Bonyan core insurance system. A significant portion of the company’s resources and focus is dedicated to maintaining, developing, and updating Fanavaran’s systems and platforms. The development and maintenance units continuously monitor and oversee the systems and infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues and errors. Fanavaran’s systems are constantly being upgraded, utilizing the latest global technologies.

Implementation of Security Standards
Implementing security standards ensures the safety and protection of data. Fanavaran develops and implements a portion of these standards based on organizational and customer needs, in accordance with security protocols. Additionally, the company provides security consulting services tailored to customer requirements.
